This round makes the middle of the motif.

Option 1: Magic Ring (recommended)

  1. Make a magic ring

  2. Ch 3 (counts as first dc)

  3. Work 11 dc into the ring

  4. Pull ring tight

  5. Sl st into top of ch 3 to close

Option 2: Chain Ring

  1. Ch 4

  2. Sl st into first chain to form a ring

  3. Ch 3

  4. Work 11 dc into the ring

  5. Sl st to close

This round begins shaping the motif.
