🌿 Row-By-Row Instructions

Row 1 – Base Row

  1. Skip 3 chains (these count as 1 dc).

Repeat across the row.

Turn.

This creates paired dc separated by ch-2 gaps.

Row 2 – Start Lace Arches

  1. ch 3 (counts as dc)

  2. dc in next dc

  3. ch 4, skip to next pair of dc, dc in each of the 2 dc.

Repeat across the row.

Turn.

Now you see “loop + 2dc + loop + 2dc” across.

Row 3 – Create Vertical Ladder

  1. ch 3 (counts as dc)

  2. dc in next dc

  3. ch 5, dc in each of the next 2 dc

Repeat across.

Turn.


Row 4 – Begin Flower Openwork

  1. ch 3

  2. dc in next dc

  3. In next ch-5 loop: 5 tr
